If yes, then I think you should probably use the cpupm-gate as your base and merge the PowerTop changes to it. If you don't care for the cpupm-gate work, then I'd suggest cloning the powertop repo.
Eric is correct that the powertop repo is Nevada build 75 based and cpupm-gate is Nevada build 77 based. Mark
