When you say that you want the p-state + c-state code, do you mean you 
want the code that Aubrey is about to push to the cpupm-gate? If yes, 
then I think you should probably use the cpupm-gate as your base and 
merge the PowerTop changes to it. If you don't care for the cpupm-gate 
work, then I'd suggest cloning the powertop repo.

Eric is correct that the powertop repo is Nevada build 75 based and 
cpupm-gate is Nevada build 77 based.
