During the bug fix of "6120 CPUPM disabling needs fixin", seeting of the
supported_freq's was moved from cpu driver to cpupm_init in kernel. During
the startup process, the supported_freq's is set correctly for cpu 0, but
during mp_startup, init_cpu_info used to reset the supported_freq's for
the current CPU that is 0.
