My CPU supports 8 frequencies:
supported_frequencies_Hz
800000000:1200000000:1400000000:1600000000:1800000000:2000000000:2200000000:2400000000
However, PowerTop only displays the lower 6 (see the attached image, where it
appears my highest frequency is 2000 Mhz and none of them are in use).
