Over the weekend, I put up an initial cut of a "things to do" list on the project site (reachable from the navigation bar on the left of the main page).
Please feel free to add or refine stuff (or let me know of stuff that should be refined). I haven't yet added the line items from the mail Mark sent out last Thursday (i'm thinking about adding a "related work" page (or at least a sub-bullet) on the main page. I also added instructions for working with the project repository (thanks to heavy borrowing of page content from the Intel project page).
