All, I've been searching the group and I found a few (what seemed to be) relevant posts on obtaining a 2.03 windows xp executable - but I can't get them to run.

(I'm guessing on that one) Because I'm getting the error "permission denied" when running from a Cygwin prompt and if I double-click the .exe I get "This applicaton has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect - try reinstalling the application".
