Hello, I've been looking into open source LPR, and haven't found a whole lot concerning the subject. I was wondering if anyone had a simple solution. Or if anyone has been able to achieve this with tesseract. I have tried a bunch of different OCR programs, and would like a solution that is free and open source. And help would be much appreciated.
