Hi everybody. This is just a quick announcement about tessboxes, (yet)
an(other) editor for boxfiles. It's written in C and runs on Linux,
and is released under the GPL.

The project started out as a simple viewer so that I could see the
training boxes, but it kind of grew from there ;-) You can download it
from here:

http://www.lbreyer.com/tessboxes.html

It should be easy to compile, just configure and make as usual .The
compile dependencies are pretty minimal: Slang2 and X11 should be
enough.

There are still a few rough edges, but it's quite usable already. You
can read the man page on the above link if you like. If you run into
bugs etc, you can drop me an email and I'll see what I can do. Enjoy!

Laird Breyer.
