I want to recognize what is the time and date from a picture The resolution(at least in this picture) is high an the contrast as well. The letters are pretty small though and when I cut them and feed them to tesseract it doesn't find them. Do you know what I can do, in order to do what I want ? I tried scaling up the image, but it doesn't really help, because contrast then decreases. Is it possible, that it needs re-training ?
The fact is, that I want to use tesseract in my code, so whatever solution would be good to me easily portable to c++ code(of course with opencv, cimg or some other image processing library) Well, if you can think of something, it would be just great. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "tesseract-ocr" group.
