I have seen that problem when I have text in a "print report" format,
as opposed to a paragraph format.  It sounds like you have a "business
letter" format.  I am hoping that Version 3.0 will handle this.  I am
another "user" like you.  My suggestion is that you put your sample
under Files and request Ray Smith to kindly have a look.  Maybe I will
follow my own advice and put my sample there too.
