No, you can't, but you can get word "score" and do the exclusion
yourself.
To see how do it in C++ look at tessnet2 source code.
http://www.pixel-technology.com/freeware/tessnet2/dotnet.rar
You need tessnet2.h and .cpp
Look for tessnet2::Word::Confidence value
