They use C++ to write tesseract and you cannot add a regular reference
to a .NET project, you need a .DLL written in the .NET framework
Tessnet2 is an open source .NET conversion of tesseract but they only
use up to version 2.4 here is the link

Perhaps just wait till this guy comes up with the 3.0 compile of it?

If anybody knows of a 3.0 version of tesseract for .NET please let me
know, I need that memory leak fixed as well.
