They use C++ to write tesseract and you cannot add a regular reference to a .NET project, you need a .DLL written in the .NET framework Tessnet2 is an open source .NET conversion of tesseract but they only use up to version 2.4 here is the link http://www.pixel-technology.com/freeware/tessnet2/ Perhaps just wait till this guy comes up with the 3.0 compile of it?
If anybody knows of a 3.0 version of tesseract for .NET please let me know, I need that memory leak fixed as well.
