Hey, I'm looking for a tesseract installation for dummies or something like that… I don't know whether it's only to a closed circle of specificly skilled people who know how to read and write commands and codes and blabla…but I don't understand anything. :( Normally I can figure out things by myself and my friend the search engine, but every help or installation instruction tells me to download something different, or put some different command in "a window"… Btw. I'm having Mac OS X 10.5.7 and I even found somebody who wrote: "Using Instructions from Comment by caitifty, Feb 28, 2009 - Installed 2.03 on MAC 10.5.7 Intel and it compiled and tested with phototest.tif successfully.." -which, I think - means that it's working… but unfortunately I still don't understand that mentioned instruction. (http://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/wiki/ReadMe) Pleease can't somebody help me, if not I'll have to type of stupid course Charts for the next week… :'( That would be wonderful!!
