Hello,

So as some of you have probably noticed, i would really enjoy giving Tesseract
a fresh start. For this to happend, we need to know some few things.

- Is it really maintened? Will there be any soon - or - not future release with
good leaps to stability / OOP remodeling?
- Is there a group of people, sufficiently aware of what's happening
mathematically speaking inside of Tesseract? Are all mechanisms explainable,
reproducible via maths?
- Are there anyone here who wish to contribute to this project which is
according to me of a great value to the open-source comunity, and would be much
more if correctly handled?

Myself, i'm a 28 years old developer. i mainly have worked on unix / linux
platform, including Mac OS, Debian, etc. i also occasionnaly work under a
microsoft environement when it's really necessary, and if i can't cross-compile
from another platform.
i find myself very competent when it comes to project management, object
modeling, workflow annalysis, and of course codding itself. i am used to work
in a team and i respect imposed standards. i'm actually involved in various
projects, some of them in C++, some others in Objective-C, and a lot of them
involving reverse-engeenering assembly code.
i love to search, and most of all, to find solutions to problems which don't
have an obvious one.
i hate to "port" code, rewrite, and grind. i prefer starting from scratch when
there is a most efficient approach.

That's me, if anyone feels like introducing himself so maybe we find a group of
complementary people to do "something", let everyone know :)

Thanks for your time and cheers!
Pierre.
