zdpo, Really I am extremely thankful to you for your valuable guidance.
Once again I read wiki/training tesseract carefully. As a test in R-379 used phototest.tif first and found box formed according to wiki. Next I used same kan01.tif -vide CMD.exe screenshot attached.- which is self explanatory. Kan01.box was generated according to wiki - box file also attached for your perusal. When tried to generate .tr file - it generated 39 blob instead of zero !!! - vide tesseract.log attached - which is self explanatory. Further I also tested with kan01.box by deleting all page number( i.e.0) and tried to generate .tr file but it generated *zero* blobs !!! In conclusion, according to revised wiki, *box file should have another entry i.e.page number*. Thus it proved R319 is now OK.
