SOLVED! Problem in conversion '.pgm' to '.tif' --> subtitle2pgm -o pt - c 255,255,0,255 < subs-pt <-- change to --> subtitle2pgm -o pt -c 255,0,255,255 < subs-pt <-- Works fine!
