This isn't really the right place to ask such general questions. Maybe someone will take pity on you and give you the answer you want, but as it is, I'm fighting the urge to give a sarcastic answer[1]. Macports.org is the best place to look for most 'installing from source on Mac OS X' (<- hint: you can google that phrase) needs. They don't have leptonica, but they have ready made packages for the rest of the libraries, and I'm sure you'll find some nice person there who'll either help, or maybe even make the package for you.
