Hi everyone, I am the author of a little script called tesseractTrainer.py. I wrote it a few years ago to facilitate training Tesseract for a project I was working on at the time.
Since then, I am no longer working on the project, but I still occasionally receive questions, feature requests and even patches for tesseractTrainer.py. Therefore, I was wondering if anybody out there is interested in taking over the project and enhancing it. If you would like to take over it, please replace my name with yours in the header comments and reupload it. I can provide you with the archive of mail I have received related to the script (on the order of 10 messages) in case you want to work on the feature requests or apply the patches.
