Unfortunately Google Groups no longer support file repositories. Posting a file at the Downloads section of the respective Google Code web site also doesn't seem to be possible, as only immediate parts of the project are placed there. The easiest way imho is to place the file to your Google Docs, share it for public access and send the doc link here at the forum. Then Zdenko will place your link at http://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/wiki/AddOns#Community_training_project, although it's not the most obvious place.
