Just wondering if anyone has used Tesseract to do something like reading license plates from images. In my neighborhood we have been having some thieves hit our mailboxes and I was wondering if I could hack together some kind of security system that would capture the license plate of each vehicle that stops at my neighborhood's group of mailboxes.
