Please forgive if this is a dumb question. I cannot make my v 3.01 read this using the shipped trained data files. Can you clarify for me if you are saying that conversion to tif has something to do with this? That seems like an odd requirement? Also I am still confused about the use of user-words files, and the comment about tested working in v 2 confused me as well. I am not running that version... Is it advised that I run that version for some reason?
