Hi, Sorry for spamming the group but I've found a few things I think it's worth mentioning.
In ValidCharDescription there is a call to isinf, which I happen to know is new for 3.02. On windows for some reason that call is returning false when it's obvious the value being tested is in range. This means that training always fails. I have no solution for this but hope it helps you somehow!
