You need to do it this way:: mv tesseract-ocr-read-only tesseract-ocr doxygen tesseract-ocr/doc/Doxyfile
It is because of script 'makemoredists' - it can create release tar balls. It needs to run on a top of tesseract-ocr. Maybe there is better way - improvements are welcomed.
