Why has the following post of mine been removed from the forum? It was initially approved, was showing for a while. I sent a "bump" message, and soon after that it was removed. Any reason? Here is a copy of what was removed: Approximate Date & Time: 02/29/2012 10:59 PM Subject: bold, italics and other markup -- in the OUTPUT Hi: The description of 3.01 features indicates that it is able to generate output that distinguishes between different styles -- as I understood it -- it is able to mark up italicized text properly, etc. How does one do that?
