Hi Abbas, The convert command is part of the ImageMagick program. If you're using a Linux distribution, it will be available from the repositories, otherwise get it from http://imagemagick.org
I don't have any thoughts as to a good way to improve your results. You could train tesseract to recognise the font, but unless you expect to process a lot of stuff like this, it probably wouldn't be worth it, as it takes a while.
