In past I was thinking about renaming it to "Misc" or "Externals" but I did not want to break links to their pages... Splitting this wiki to more wikis is interesting idea, but I see (in forum and issues) that some users do not read wikis (e.g. FAQ, README). So I am afraid that more wikis will not help. IMO from PR point of view :-) it is good to present projects around tesseract on one place. Anyway if community will prefer to split page I can do it. Just post your opinion.
