Thx for your reponse and your compliment :), so i test what you said and 
the result is empty

Here is the procedure I followed:

The original picture it's .gif
so i converted him to png but result is empty too so i decided to convert 
image to black and white because the picture is white and yellow.i used 
these commands:

convert  -auto-level -colorspace Gray -type Optimize -negate original.gif 
test.png
convert -transparent '#969696' test.png blanc.png

So the price of picture became black and the background color is white but 
the result is empty or not numbers of picture

Is it normal ? or tesseract not like the picture which has been many 
treatment ? or it's because i convert the picture  improperly ?

(all pictures are attached so you can see the evolution)
