I wish they released the source files for the main training sets, but at the moment unfortunately they aren't available. It's possible they might be using arguably copyrighted training images or something, in which case I doubt they'll be released, but I don't know. If the tif/box pairs you are creating are generally useful, do share them, though. The more the merrier!
