As far as I know there isn't a reverse function for this. I don't
know if it's a reversable process, or at least one from which you
could extract meaningful .tr information.

If you do that, please do keep us updated! It'd be interesting and
useful work. And if you determine it is possible and
straightforward, and have the skills, add the function(s) and send
along a patch, if you have time. That'd be awesome.
