I am trying to train Tesseract for researching purposes. I've been stuck on box file issues for about a month now. I've narrowed it down to this, when I modify my box file using a box file editor Tesseract throws apply_boxes: ERROR messages for all the boxes I had to manually add. Also, when I look at box file editors line for the bounding box ? # # # # Page#, for all the boxes I had to add manually the numbers in the editor and what is printed to the box file don't match up at all.
