re-downloaded from
https://github.com/downloads/zdenop/qt-box-editor/qt-box-editor-dependecies-1.09.zip
and https://github.com/downloads/zdenop/qt-box-editor/qt-box-editor-1.10.exe.
A the time of downloading, again NAV removed exe - when I reviewed the
report of NAV - allowed to restore with risk to computer then NAV
permitted to restore the exe now . Before creating the shortcut on
Desktop, I copied the exe file into folder of qt-box editor-
dependencies 1.09 to overcome the error message of certain dll etc
missing. Now it is running smoothly. Thanks for the hint to overcome
the problem of NAV.
In fact this is first time I noticed that the QT-box-editor is
actually run as standalone
