downloaded github windows ocr file, but that seems to an online
installer going ahead downloading 41 MB files. That is not convenient.
Is there any offline installer for the same that I can download once and
save?
Also, files in the original repository seem to be python, and say that
python installation is required for that? Is py required for github also?
