The curve on the bottle is probably a big factor in the first image
("B-Complex"). Gimp, for example, has a distort filter called "bend" that
might help with something like this, if all of the bottles have the same
curve and tended to be in the center of each picture, you could probably
apply different curve factors to get straighter text.
