Is this what you were looking for? https://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/wiki/Documentation If not, I suggest you choose a part of code that you're interested in, document the algorithms it uses, and share the publication for everyone :) I don't know if you're doing this as a student, but that would be a really useful thing for a student project to produce. There is also this which I started, but I haven't had much time to add as much to it as I wanted: https://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr-extradocs/ There's a reasonable chance I'll find the time to add more to it quite soon - I'll let the list know if and when I do so.
