Not many of us use Eclipse here, so we may not be able to offer 
specific advice, but I'm pretty sure Tesseract doesn't do anything 
special that you would need to account for in Eclipse, so if I were 
you I'd look for general advice on fixing that problem - it's 
unlikely to be a uniquely Tesseract issue.
