If I'm right, some of tessdata/ is part of tesseract repo, see https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tesseract. But for tesseract 3.03, maybe other language's traineddata have not been available yet since I only found 3.02 download files.
Anyway, I can manage some train data myself. The key problem here is that where is training/langdata directory?
