Hi, I've posted an article that explains how you can compile tesseract-ocr 3.02.02 with MinGW and CMake. Tested with basic MinGW from www.mingw.org and the one given with Qt 5.1.
The steps described are very basic and surely deserves some improvements though it can be sufficient to get started.
