It is presumed the procedure followed in linux is same for cygwin also - only difference is I have to download the source code into the folder Directory c:\cygwin ? Next week, I plan to update the cygwin package adding the last version of the scripts, that I found the real critical issue. I also plan to add the step by step on the wiki using your data as example. No need to compile anything, all the packages are already available. Cygwin programs not always can use MS fonts, so I used the font Lohit Kannada already available in cygwin http://www.fontsc.com/font/lohit-kannada I assume it is equivalent to MS Tunga font.
