So this one is an alternative to RC-1.3. They both remain viable
candidates for release tomorrow.

There are only two differences from RC-1.3 to RC-1.4:

1. One additional patch in the stratisd series intended to improve
things on multi-disk encrypted installs
2. The Cosmic fix from RC-1.2 that was missed in RC-1.3 is back

so virtually all results aside from Stratis tests should be
transferrable between RC-1.3 and RC-1.4. If you're starting testing
now, please use RC-1.4, but if you got RC-1.3 images and are testing
already, please go ahead and post your results on the RC-1.3 pages.
I'll combine the results as necessary ahead of the go/no-go meeting
tomorrow.

Thanks folks!
