The F14 updates-debuginfo repository appears to not exist. I get the
following error when I try to access it from my F14 VM:

# yum --enablerepo=updates-debuginfo list kernel
updates-debuginfo/metalink | 17 kB 00:00
Could not parse metalink
https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=updates-released-debug-f14&arch=x86_64
 error was
File /var/cache/yum/x86_64/14/updates-debuginfo/metalink.xml.tmp is not XML
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository:
updates-debuginfo. Please verify its path and try again

Indeed:

$ curl
 | grep f14
# repo = updates-released-debug-f14 arch = x86_64 error: invalid repo or arch
# repo=updates-released-f14, arch=i386
# repo=updates-released-f14, arch=x86_64
# repo=updates-released-source-f14, arch=source
# repo=updates-testing-debug-f14, arch=i386
# repo=updates-testing-debug-f14, arch=x86_64
# repo=updates-testing-f14, arch=i386
# repo=updates-testing-f14, arch=x86_64
# repo=updates-testing-source-f14, arch=source

That's all the repos I would expect to exist for F14, except for
updates-released-debug-f14 in both architectures.
