Filed a Fedora bug here to track this: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=650934 That bug contains references to the kernel bug, the mailing list thread Jeff mentioned and my own data. I'm not sure if my problem is really the same though as I seem to have interrupt issues and also slow Youtube playback that shows an excessive amount of "raw_local_irq_restore" calls in a sysprof profile (also referenced in my bug).
