Updates for f19?

Is there an estimate on when updates will be getting merged into the 
release again. There are some packages that have pending requests for 
stable that are not in the test repo. This includes the postgresql 
security update (that had stable karma before it was pulled into a test 
repo) and a bunch of kde stuff that was in the test repo but isn't now.
