The regulator should be enabled in 3.16.0 GA, I picked that issue up last week. Feedback welcome if the exact config needs to be tweaked (from men its currently all modules).
As for the clk configs they're normally selected when the SoC is enabled if, I'll cross check in case there's something that's not. Thanks for the feedback.
