We just took a look at that. It seems that in the 32bit mock chroots,
'mount -t nfs' only tries nfsv4 and fails (we are using v3), but in the
x86_64 chroot it works fine with '-t nfs'. If someone would like to
replicate that and file a bug that would be lovely. 

In the mean time we changed the script to use 'nfsvers=3' and hopefully
that will get it working for tomorrow.
