my problem was, that the "unsuccessful shutdowns" did only appear to about a probabilty to 80%, therefore "journalctl -b-1" was better, there I could choose that shutdown, which failed. Anyway since an update to a newly produced Kernel in Koji (I think it's rc5), the problem of failing shutdowns disappeared for now.
