I was going to change my fedora project avatar. I found a place to do it
on my Badges page (https://badges.fedoraproject.org/user/tablepc), but
when I click the "Change Avatar" I get a 403 error (You are seeing this
message because this HTTPS site requires a 'Referer header'). I've tried
using a freshly load copy of Firefox and I it tried using the Otter
browser where turning on Referrer is more obvious and I always got the
same error. Does anyone know if this is really a browser setting issue
or is it something else?
