Using F29 I've spotted that sometimes (1 time every 5 reboots, more or less) the network interface doesn't work. Upon reboots, the network address of the ethernet interface is not configured.
Issuing the command nmcli connection show I get that the NetworkManager is not running. Starting the service, the network start to work. I've spotted this issue on two F29 installations. How to diagnose this behaviour?
