just system upgraded to fedora 30 branched (worked almost flawlessly other than having to manually Ctrl-Alt-Del manually at the end), testing some simple container examples and immediately hit this when trying non-root podman (it works fine running as root):
$ podman run hello-world Error: error creating libpod runtime: Error running podman info while refreshing state: exit status 1 $ i found a github containers/libpod issue that clearly relates to this: https://github.com/containers/libpod/issues/1853 the final comment on that, dated dec 2018, suggests that that issue was addressed, so i'm not sure whether i should try all the suggestions listed there, or whether i'm doing something wrong. thoughts? rday -- ======================================================================== Robert P.
