Note: this should not really have happened, as Rawhide is F32 now, and
the bot should be looking for F31 Branched composes instead.
Unfortunately, the API the script relies on for information about
releases - https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/api/collections/ - has
not been updated and is still claiming that Rawhide is 31 and Branched
31 does not exist. Once that API is fixed, the bot will start flying
right.
