To add a touch of perspective on the matter.

If one is new to Fedora and runs into issues it is probably a good idea to ask 
about the issue on the
user's list prior to submitting a bug.  Others may have already encountered the 
issue.  Or, even if they
haven't, be able to assist in narrowing down the culprit.  It may help in 
resolving the issue quickly without
going through a "formal" process.
