There's a lot of unknown things here that I don't think are best going straight to blocking on. I personally now have the ability to test on WSL on both x86 and aarch64 and was disappointed to find out it wasn't official and will look forward to this but there's a bunch of work for a bunch of teams so we need to be pragmatic.
